Acceptable Use Policy

Content you may not create or upload

Do not use the studio, and in particular the AI generator, to produce or upload:

• Sexual content involving a minor, or anything that sexualises a minor. We report this; we do not simply block it.
• Pornographic, sexually explicit or nude imagery.
• Real, identifiable people shown without their consent, including public figures placed in fabricated situations.
• Content that incites violence or hatred against a group, or that glorifies terrorism.
• Content made to deceive: forged documents, fake identification, or impersonation of a real person or brand.
• Anything unlawful where you are, or where you intend to publish.

Other people's work

A cover is published under your name, so the rights behind it have to be yours.

• Do not upload images you do not hold the rights to.
• Do not prompt the generator to copy a living artist's style by name, or to reproduce an existing copyrighted character, cover or logo.
• Do not use trademarks you do not own.

Technical limits

• Do not try to bypass rate limits, credit accounting or access controls.
• Do not scrape the service, resell it, or present it as your own product.
• Do not reword prompts to get around the rules above.

How we enforce this

We act on what is reported to us, and on what we notice.

• We may refuse a generation, remove content, limit features, or suspend and close an account.
• Where content is unlawful or the risk is immediate, we may act without prior notice.
• We cooperate with payment providers, hosting providers and authorities where the law requires it.
• We do not pre-screen everything that is generated. Responsibility for what you create and for what you publish stays with you.

Reporting something

If you believe something made with Veritas Canvas infringes your rights or breaks this policy, email contact@veritascanvas.com. Tell us what the content is and where you saw it, what the problem is, and how we can reach you — include enough detail for us to find it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes or as the law does. Continuing to use Veritas Canvas after an update means you accept the revised policy.
